Use the Water Avenue Call Box located at the entrance, look up “SUM SUM PRODUCTIONS” and Press Call. Go up by elevator or stairs to the 2nd floor to Suite #225.

Parking: Street parking available and/or City of Portland Permit Zone G

Loading: Street level access with garage doors at dock height directly open to sidewalk on Water Avenue; garage door access has dedicated 20' load zone (used for studio loading) with freight elevator. 

ADA Access: Elevators: located inside building once through entrance (permitted for studio loading as well).

Loading into the freight elevator is on the ground floor. The ground floor is considered #2 floor and the second floor is considered #3. Both freight elevator doors on both floors need to be closed and flush to the level. If you need help with the freight elevator, please let the Studio Manager on-site day-of know or contact Summer L. (503-929-4640). Please keep in mind that people cannot ride the freight elevator.

If you go over the booking time, an overtime fee will be charged at $40/hr. Cleaning fees are $30/hr (if the studio is found not clean and returned in the same condition after booking, this includes smells, lighting, electrical, studio decor, any missing items, etc).

Painting charges are $30/gallon for paint and $40/hour for labor (if the cyclorama space is not cleaned after booking, this includes a full wipe-down and using the studio vacuum to clean any dirt and dust on the floor). 

Damages: Contact Summer L. (503-929-4640) as soon as possible so that we can remedy the situation. Please photograph the item(s) and send photos if possible. Depending upon the situation, the renter may be responsible for the replacement cost.

Full Refund for cancellations submitted at least 24 hours+ prior to booking start time. Non-refundable for cancellation submitted less than 24 hours prior to booking start time.

- Everyone is advised to wear a mask/proper face covering while working in the space but is not required to. Whatever is comfortable for you and your guests 🙂

- Renters disinfect surfaces following their sessions

- Cleaning spray, hand sanitizer & towels are provided

- Renters are asked to wash hands and practice good hygiene

- Renters and their clients who are not feeling well should stay home
