The Portland Bureau of Emergency Management (PBEM) develops and implements strategic planning, programs, and policies to continually advance the city's mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery capabilities.
We produced and delivered a 4-part live-action series and 7-part animation series with closed captions/subtitles in over 20 languages.
From storyboarding, resourcing a diverse and female-dominant crew, we visually shared this important safety knowledge with the greater Portland metro area.
